Ratify submission of grant application to California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for California Home Visiting Program State General Fund Expansion (CHVP SGF EXP) funding; approve retroactive grant Agreement No. CHVP SGF EXP 22b-[23] with CDPH, Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health Division/Center for Family Health, in the amount of $427,413 for Year One CHVP SGF EXP funding, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and authorize the CEO or designee to sign any amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
