RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Agreement with MCAVHN Care and Prevention in the amount of $169,104, to provide non-congregate emergency non-congregate shelter to individuals and families with minor children experiencing homelessness in Mendocino County, using California Homeless Coordinating and Financing Council grant funds for the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention Program, as granted to the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care, effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023; authorize the Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
