Adopt Resolution authorizing the County of Mendocino's Director of Health Services to sign second amendment to BOS Agreement No. 22-236 (third amendment No. 22-10260 A03 to Revenue Agreement No. 22-10260) with the State of California, Department of Public Health, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program Division in, the amount of $25,308 for a total of $3,453,930, to provide nutrition education for WIC for federal fiscal years 2022-25; and authorize Chair to sign same.
