SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) requests the processing of a Consolidated Coastal Development Permit to implement a culvert replacement and fish passage project (EA 001-0K680) along State Route 128. The project involves replacing drainage facilities, including the replacement of one culvert with a bridge to remediate a fish passage barrier.
