Summary of Request:
On May 8, 2024, the Redwood Valley Municipal Council sent a letter to Sacramento urging additional public education and outreach on wildfire prevention and proper trailer and towing practices. The letter included specific campaign ideas and approaches.
In alignment with this effort, the County of Mendocino outlined its support for public education and engagement in vehicle and trailer safety practices aimed at mitigating wildfire risks in the submitted letter of support.

Do not ratify letter of opposition and support.
