DBA Myers Medical Pharmacy, in the amount of $9,800, for a new total of $58,800, to supply Narcan (Naloxone) Nasal Spray to Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, effective May 25, 2023, through June 30, 2024; authorize the Health Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Keffeler Pharmacy, Inc., dba Myers Medical Pharmacy (Myers) is a local pharmacy in Mendocino County that supplies Narcan (Naloxone) Nasal Spray to Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUDT) program. On May 25, 2023, the BHRS Director approved Agreement No. MH-22-056 with Myers to supply Narcan for a total of $22,064. On February 7, 2024, the Mendocino County Purchasing Agent (PA) approved First Amendment No. PA-24-49, MH-22-056-A1 to increase the total amount to $36,925, and on April 3, 2024, the PA approved Second Amendment No. PA-24-49-A1, MH-22-056-A2 to increase the total amount to $49,000.
