RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve subrecipient Agreement between the County of Mendocino and the Round Valley Indian Tribes (RVIT) in the amount of $104,101.60 to provide services in relation to the County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) standard Agreement number 21-CDBG-NH-20006 to target illegal dumping, general site clean-up, and blight removal in Covelo and Round Valley area, effective upon full execution through December 31, 2025; authorize the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
