RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution amending Exhibit X - Master Fee Schedule effective January 13, 2022 unless code or policy require longer, including but not limited to Cultural Services Agency, Clerk of the Board, Behavioral Health, Planning and Building Services, and Public Health-Environmental Health; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
In accordance with County Policy No. 47 the Master Fee Schedule (Exhibit X), can be modified or changed with an amended Resolution to the original Resolution, on an annual basis, or on or about April of each year, corresponding with the annual budget process. The last amendment to the Master Fee Schedule was adopted on July 19, 2021 by Resolution 21-109 and took effect on August 18, 2021. The current fee hearing was opened on December 7, 2021 and continued to December 14, 2021.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Pursuant to County Policy No. 47, consideration and possible approval of revised fee schedule incorporating modified and new fees is being requested including but not limited to, Cultural Services Agency, Clerk of the Board, Behavioral Health, Planning and Building Services, and Public Health-Environmental Health.
