Approve retroactive memorandum of understanding with Mendocino County Library in the amount of $60,000 for Professional Assistance and Support Services with regard to Technical Support Activities of the County Executive Office, Information Technology Division, effective July 01, 2024, through June 30, 2025; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute any and all documents in relation to the transaction; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Each fiscal year the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Mendocino County Library and Mendocino County Executive Office, Information Technology is reviewed and updated. Annual document changes may include terminology updates, clarifying language, adding/deleting services, and identifying support needs, as well as updating weighted average salary rates by class specification.
