SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On May 9, 2023, the Board of Supervisors' authorized the Mental Health Treatment Act Citizen's Oversight Committee and Behavioral Health Director to bring the results of the Substance Use Services RFP back to the Board for discussion on the recommended proposal(s).

On October 17, 2023, the results of the Substance Use Services Request for Proposal #018-23 for Innovative Continuum of Care Programs for youth and/or adults to help clients achieve and maintain sobriety were brought to the Board for further direction. The Board formed an Ad Hoc Committee consisting of Supervisors Haschak and Mulheren to review and return information to the full board regarding the RFP Proposal from Ford Street Projects, the Mental Health Treatment Act (Measure B) Budget and available funds, and potential...
