Summary of Request:
The contract with Tapestry Family Services for specialty mental health services is part of a continuum of Mendocino County Behavioral Health Care Providers established subsequent to a Request for Proposal (RFP) 010-24, completed in FY 23/24. The RFP selection Committee consisted of reviewers from Behavioral Health, Probation, Sheriff, and Social Services. Tapestry provides specialty mental health and Mental Health Services Act services to Mendocino County residents in Ukiah, Fort Bragg, and via telehealth. Services are provided to Mendocino County residents who meet medical necessity and access criteria and have Medi-Cal or are indigent.
