PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
During the July 25, 2023 regular board meeting, the Board directed the Code Enforcement Division to conduct Directed Enforcement on all identified illegal cannabis cultivation sites including investigations and possible enforcement action on illegal cannabis cultivation violations and associated non-permitted infrastructure located in Redwood Valley. These sites were specifically to be identified within the "larger map" on slide thirteen (13) provided during the public hearing for the Redwood Valley Cannabis Prohibition District as part of the presentation by individuals opposed to the application. The Board requested to receive a report of findings within sixty (60) days of this direction.
