Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
On April 5, 2016, the Board adopted Resolution No. 16-041, establishing the total mileage of County Maintained Roads at 1,014.86 miles as of December 31, 2015.
Summary of Request:
The California Streets and Highways Code requires that in May of each year the County submit to the California Department of Transportation any additions to or exclusions from its adopted maintained mileage during the preceding calendar year. There were no additions or exclusions in 2016. Mendocino County Department of Transportation has determined that the total mileage of County Maintained Roads in the County of Mendocino is 1,014.86.
Alternative Action/Motion:
Not adopt the maintained road mileage for 2016.
