Adopt Resolution approving the parcel map for Coastal Development Minor Subdivision Number 2014-0001 (Butler) and accepting on behalf of the public item (A) of the owner's statement for the purposes specified thereon, located at 33110 Boice Lane; Assessor's Parcel Number 017-080-30 (Fort Bragg Area); direct the Clerk of the Board to deliver the parcel map to the Recorder for processing and recording; and. authorize Chair to sign same.

The Tentative Map for Coastal Development Minor Subdivision Number (No.) 2014-0001 was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on July 18, 2018.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Coastal Development Minor Subdivision No. 2014-0001 (Butler) is located approximately 2.5+/- miles north of the Mendocino/Sonoma County line, at the intersection of State Highway 128 (of which it lays north) and Mountain House Road, County Road (CR) 111 (of which it lays west); Assessor's Parcel Nos. 017-080-30. The Coastal Development Minor Subdivision consists of a division of land of a 4.8 +/- Acre (AC) lot into two parcels: Parcel One (1) 1.84 +/- AC, Parcel Two (2) 2.67 +/- AC. Dedication to the County of a 30' half-width Right of Way for public road purposes measured from the existing center of road as shown as Item (A) in the Owner's Statement on the Parcel Map.
