Summary of Request:
The Legislative Budget Plan AB 109 (Gabriel) was passed on June 15, 2026. These letters request the following to be included in the final 2026-27 State Budget.
-County HHS H.R. 1 Impacts
-Funding for distressed hospitals
-In-Home Supportive Services
-Medi-Cal Mobile Crisis Benefit
-Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) Program
-Proposition 36
-Victims of Crime Act (VOCA)
-Indigent Defense
-Sustainable Aviation Fuel Tax Credit
-Workers’ Compensation - Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF)
