PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 12-054, March 27, 2012, Board of Supervisors (BOS) authorized Department of Transportation (DOT) to enter into BOS Agreement No. 12-034/DOT Agreement No. 110118 with GHD Inc., for the replacement of the Mill Creek Bridge on Hill Road.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
DOT Agreement No. 220019 provides for the remaining preliminary engineering and design work that was not accomplished under BOS Agreement 12-054/DOT Agreement No. 110118. The environmental studies, geotechnical exploration, hydraulic analysis, and preliminary foundation design were completed, leaving development of the plans, specifications, estimate and construction design support for the Hill Road Bridge Replacement over Mill Creek. GHD, Inc. has agreed to perform the required work for a not-to-exceed amount of $205,851.
