Approve amendment to the Board of Supervisors 2021 Master Meeting Schedule adding a Regular Meeting on August 10, 2021, and cancelling a regular meeting on August 3, 2021, and/or other dates as directed by the Board.

On January 5, 2021, the Board of Supervisors adopted their 2021 Master Meeting Calendar. On May 4 2021, the Board of Supervisors revised the 2021 Master Meeting Calendar.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Currently a Regular meeting is scheduled for August 3, 2021. The nature of scheduled renovations underway in Board Chambers on that date require staff to vacate the area. Approving the proposed date change will expedite projected construction time and as such, it is requested that the Tuesday, August 3, 2021 meeting date be replaced by one on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION: Provide an alternate meeting date to replace August 3, 2021.
