Approve second amendment to Agreement No. BOS-23-126 with Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $2,773,698, for a new Agreement total of $14,348,063, to provide Specialty Mental Health Services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2023, through a new end date of September 30, 2024 (previous end date: June 30,2024); authorize the Health Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Redwood Community Services, Inc. (RCS) provides Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) programs to Mendocino County youth (0-18), transitional age youth (19-24), and adults (25+) residents in Ukiah, Willits, and Fort Bragg within the schools, community, and office.
