On January 25, 2011, the Board approved Board of Supervisors (BOS) Agreement Number (No.) 11-008, Caspar Transfer Station Operations and Lease between County of Mendocino and Solid Wastes of Willits, Inc. On November 15, 2011, the Board approved Amendment 1 to the Agreement (BOS Agreement No. 11-008-A1). On January 24, 2012, the Board approved Amendment 2 to the Agreement (BOS Agreement No. 11-008-A2). On January 22, 2013, the Board approved Amendment 3 to the Agreement (BOS Agreement No. 11-008-A3).
