Approve Agreement with Marie Blancas in the amount of $4,150, (including a refundable $1,000 cleaning deposit) for limited use of the Museum grounds between August 15, 2025, through August 17, 2025, to host a 300-person music event, Once in a Blues Moon; delegate authority to Risk Management to terminate Agreement if required documents are not received 45 days prior to the event; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Marie Blancas will be hosting a 300-person music event, Once in a Blues Moon, on August 16, 2025. Limited access to the Museum grounds Courtyard, Wonacott Room, and Courtyard Restrooms will be needed on August 15, 2025, and August 17, 2025, for setup and cleanup related to the event. Marie Blancas has committed to providing the following information prior to event.
* Detailed lighting and electrical plan
* Proof of contract with a security company
* Adequate documentation that temporary outdoor portable restrooms will be provided
* Finalized safety plan to ensure attendees, the public, and County Staff safety, along with a plan to ensure County assets are protected
* Evidence of Insurance Coverage for the use of the Museum Space pursuant to this agreement adding the County as Additional Insured
