Ratify submission of revenue Agreement No. 20-HCFC-00010 with Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency in the amount of $152,982.14, effective upon full execution through June 30, 2020, on behalf of the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care to protect the health and safety of people experiencing homelessness in Mendocino County during the COVID-19 pandemic; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program, as defined by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, is designed to: promote community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness; provide funding for efforts by nonprofit providers, and State and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused to homeless individuals, families, and communities by homelessness; promote access to and effect utilization of mainstream programs by homeless individuals and families; and optimize self-sufficiency among individuals and families e...
