Approve amendment to BOS Agreement No. 24-028 with Humboldt State University Sponsored Programs Foundation in the amount of $0 for an Agreement total of $145,360, for the Behavioral Health Mentored Internship Program, effective January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024; authorize the Director of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services or designee to sign any amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
