Adopt Resolution authorizing the Air Quality Management District to participate in the State FARMER Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2019-20 (Funding Year 3); to accept funds as allocated; follow the requirements of the Program; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
For Fiscal Year 2019-20, the State Legislature allocated $65 million to the California Air Resources Board (ARB) for grant funds to districts under the FARMER Grant Program to provide incentives for the agricultural community to reduce emissions from heavy-duty diesel equipment, with $4.6 million allocated to the FARMER Grant Program Shared Allocation Pool.
