Approve fourth amendment to Agreement No. BOS-22-063 with Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $343,744, for a new total of $2,459,812, to provide Residential Treatment Facility operations and crisis residential services on a transitional basis to Mendocino County adults, ages 18 or older, who are experiencing a mental health crisis, effective March 16, 2022 through a new end date of September 30, 2024 (previous end date: June 30, 2024); authorize the Health Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
