Approve third amendment (fifth amendment overall) to BOS Agreement No. 20-060 with Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC) in the amount of $51,395,954 for a new total amount of $93,395,954 to allow PHC to administer Drug Meid-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) services on behalf of Mendocino County to Medi-Cal beneficiaries through utilization of Federal, State, and County realignment funds available for reimbursement of covered services rendered by certified DMC-ODS providers, effective July 1, 2020, through December 31, 2026; authorize the Health Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize the Chair to sign same.
