Attached is the District’s proposed updated conflict of interest policy, DRAFT Resolution to adopt the updated policy, and the completed Fair Political Practices Commission form to be submitted to the County. The Board of Supervisors, as the code reviewing body, must approve the code and any future amendments. (Government Code section 81000, et seq.)
