SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Fehr & Peers has completed a multimodal circulation access plan for the north side of the Noyo Harbor, including North Harbor Drive (County Road 415A). This plan was prepared for the Mendocino Council of Governments (MCOG) and was funded with Caltrans' Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Sustainable Communities Competitive Program Grant funds (Federal Transit Administration (FTA) 5304), plus local matching funds (Local Transportation Funds) provided by MCOG and programmed in MCOG's FY 2023-24 Overall Work Program. The plan includes recommendations for multimodal access to and through the North Harbor area for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic. This presentation provides the results of the plan, which was shared with the Fort Bragg City Council on August 25 and will be shared with the Noyo Harbor District on October 9. It is anticipated that feedback will be incorporated with a final plan issued by the end of October.

ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION:
