Order that no election be held for the November 16, 2026, Board of Retirement elections pursuant to Government Code Section 31523; and direct the clerk to cast unanimous ballots in favor of unopposed candidates Mandi Hamiliton, General Member, 3rd Seat, Vincent Lechowick, Retired Member, 8th Seat, and Lenord Swope, Alternate Retired Member, 10th Seat, for three-year terms beginning December 1, 2026, and ending November 30, 2029.

On November 7, 2023, the Board of Supervisors ordered that no election be held for the November 13, 2023, election pursuant to Government Code Section 31523.
Summary of Request:
Candidates Mandi Hamiliton, General Member, 3rd Seat, Vincent Lechowick, incumbent Retired Member, 8th Seat, and Lenord Swope, incumbent Alternate Retired Member, 10th Seat are unopposed for the November 16, 2026 Board of Retirement Election. Therefore, pursuant to Government Code Section 31523, the Board of Supervisors shall order that no election be held and shall cast a unanimous ballot in favor of such candidate/s.
