Library Annual Reports were approved for publication on Nov. 12, 2019: item 5b; October 30, 2020: item 4f; December 14, 2021: item 4h; and September 13, 2022: item 3u.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Cultural Services Agency would like to publish the Mendocino County Library 2021-2022 Annual Report to share the accomplishments and the status of the County Library with the public.
The report includes a section on each library branch and the Bookmobile with news about library outreach, information technology, grants, statistics, finances, and behind-the-scenes. There is also an article from the Library Advisory Board and messages from the County Librarian and Chair of the Board of Supervisors. The Report is made available online and can be printed upon request.
This year's Annual Report continues the library's tradition started in 2019 to provide accountability and information to the public who voted in good faith to support the County Library and helps to further the Board of Supervisors' goal of an "Effective County Government."
