RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution ratifying the submittal of the application to participate in the ARB AB 197 Emissions Inventory Grant Round 6 (G22-EIDG-15) for updating and reporting facility emissions data (AB 197) authorizing the MCAQMD to accept the grant funding in the amount of $8,583; ratifying the Air Pollution Control Officer's execution and submission of the agreement to ARB; and execute the grant Agreement on behalf of the district and implement and follow all Requirements of the program; and authorize chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
This source of grant funds was first approved by the Board on September 25, 2018; the amount of funding awarded at that time was $18,267. Subsequently, the Board approved the State Air Resources Board (ARB) AB 197 Emissions Inventory Grant by Resolution on 8/6/19, approved State Air Resources Board (ARB) AB 197 Emissions Inventory Grant (G20-EIDG-15) round 4 on June 21, 2022, as well approving Resolution #22-140 (G21-EIDG-15) for the term June 1, 2022 through May 31,2023.
