Approve retroactive second Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 22-166, with Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $400,000, for a new Agreement total of $10,523,000, to provide Specialty Mental Health Services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Redwood Community Services, Inc. (RCS) provides Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) programs to Mendocino County youth (ages 0-18), transitional age youth (ages 19-24), and adults (age 25+). These services are provided within schools, the community, and the RCS office, to qualifying residents in Ukiah, Willits, and Fort Bragg.
