SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In 2020, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors' (BOS) Homeless Action Ad Hoc Committee met with staff and community stakeholders to develop a preliminary expenditure plan and submit an application for Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) funding. Soon after, Mendocino County entered into a revenue Agreement with Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency (BCSH) for Round 1 HHAP funding in the amount of $924,734.12, with Mendocino County as the Administrative Entity for the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC).
