Approve Agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. in the amount of $911,058 per year, with a total of $1,822,116 for a two-year period, to provide Residential Treatment Facility operations and crisis residential services on a transitional basis to Mendocino County adults, age 18 and older, who are experiencing a mental health crisis, effective upon full execution and for two years thereafter, with the option to extend for up to two additional two-year periods for a total of six years; authorize the Behavioral Health Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On August 11, 2020, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) released Request for Proposal (RFP) No. MH-20-005-RFP for Crisis Residential Treatment Facility Operations. The RFP resulted in submission of one qualified proposal from Redwood Community Services, Inc. BHRS reviewed the proposal, awarded the contract to RCS, and began negotiating the Agreement.
