RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution ratifying submittal of the application for the MCAQMD to participate in Year 5 of the State Air Resources Board (AB 617) CAPP Grant (G21-MCAP-12), authorizing the APCO to accept State Program funds in the amount of $135,151 and committing to comply with the requirements of the Grant Agreement for the term of May 15, 2022 through June 30, 2026, and execute the grant agreement on behalf of the MCAQMD; authorize Chair to sign same.
