Approve retroactive Agreement with Russell A. Cormier (DBA Nutmeg Consulting, Inc.), in the amount of $94,892, to retain professional administrative support services for the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC) Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027; authorize the Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
A Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a local information technology system used to collect client-level data and data on the provision of housing and services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Per 24 CFR 583.7(b), each Continuum of Care is responsible for operating an HMIS that complies with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) data collection, management, and reporting standards. Mendocino County Department of Social Services is the current HMIS Lead Agency for Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC).
