Approve Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 22-236 (Amendment to Revenue Agreement No. 22-10260 A01) with the California Department of Public Health, in the amount of $63,906, for a new total of $3,400,221, to support the delivery of services, and benefits of the Women, Infants, and Children Program, effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025; adopt Resolution authorizing the Chief Executive Officer of the County of Mendocino or designee to execute the Amendment and any future Amendments that do not exceed the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
