County Counsel is requesting the Board approve the agreement with McNamara, Ambacher, Wheeler, Hirsig & Gray LLP in the amount of $250,000. This agreement will provide legal services for the litigation matter of A.J.B at al., v. County of Mendocino et al., U.S. District Court, Northern District Case No. 26-cv-1016-WHO.
