Approve Agreement with Ukiah Valley Fire District in the amount of $143,128.95 from one-time Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Disaster Settlement Funds to purchase transport Emergency Medical Services Equipment and Supplies, effective upon full execution through June 30, 2022; authorize the Assistant Chief Executive Officer to sign amendments that do not increase the total contracted amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
