RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Hold the pubic hearing and review the performance of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Agreement number 21-CDBG-ED-10007 for Microenterprise Technical Assistance Program and authorize the County of Mendocino to close out grant, as required by the State Housing Community Development (HCD) Agency; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any grant close out documents or other necessary documents related to this grant.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The County of Mendocino received Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the State to establish the Mendocino Microenterprise Technical Assistance Program.
