Adopt resolution approving an amendment to the Grant Agreement for the State Woodsmoke Reduction Grant Program (Year 5 ) Grant (G21-WSRP-14-1, Amendment 1) between CARB and the MCAQMD, authorizing the MCAQMD to accept additional Grant funding in the amount of $224,130.00 for a total of $430,090, for the term of June 01, 2023, through June 30, 2027, authorizing the APCO's execution of the agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.
