Human Resources, in collaboration with the Executive Office, is currently reviewing policies and recommends rescinding Policy #6 Management Review. The policy is outdated, and the current process ensures department heads are evaluated by their appointing authority, such as the Board of Supervisors, the Chief Executive Officer, or other appointing authorities, like Superior Court Judges, on their annual appointment date or earlier if necessary.
