Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
On June 2, 2026, the Board authorized creation of a new Capital Improvement Project to complete a Roof and HVAC replacement project at the Health Services Building and related transfers needed to fund the project.

Summary of Request:
Interactive Resources previously prepared plans for the roof replacement at the Health Services Building at 1120 S. Dora Street in 2018, however, funding was not available at that time to complete the entire project. With new funding in place the project is moving forward; this agreement will allow for Interactive Resources to update the existing design including the addition of complete replacement of the HVAC units on the building, provide construction documents, agency and bidding support, construction administration, and closeout for the Phase 2 roof and HVAC improvement project at the Public Health Department building at 1120 South Dora Street. The time-and-materials Agreement will not exceed $216,221 and will remain effective through June 30, 2028.
