Approve Agreement (first amendment to Agreement No. MH-25-013) with Star View Behavioral Health, Inc. in the amount of $354,000 for a new Agreement total of $404,000 to provide mental health Services to qualified Mendocino County clients effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026; authorize the Health Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not affect the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
