Approve Agreement with Personify Health, Inc., in the amount of $273,000, to provide wellbeing services to County employees, effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029; authorize the Human Resources Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request:
Mendocino County Human Resources is charged with administering the Mendocino County Working on Wellness (MCWOW) program. MCWOW provides opportunities for wellness and prevention services for all employees and their insured family members through access to health promotion, education, assessment, activities, and health coaching support, with a goal towards high level wellness and reduced healthcare costs.
Over the years, MCWOW has generated increased participation in coaching and county-wide challenges, with more employees meeting Center for Disease Control’s requirement for physical activity habits. Additionally, MCWOW received numerous wellness awards including recognition from California State Association of Counties and American Heart Association. The success of MCWOW is dependent upon having a wellness and prevention platform provider to address and accomplish all goals and needs of the program.
