Summary of Request:
Approval of this First Amendment to Agreement No. PA-26-91 with Nichols, Melbourg, & Rossetto (NM&R) will extend the term of the Agreement from June 30, 2027, through June 30, 2028, and increase the total compensation for services by $65,000, from $50,000 to $115,000.
The $65,000 increase and extension of the agreement term through June 30, 2028, supports an expanded scope of work for NM&R Architects & Engineers for the Willits Branch Refresh & ADA Upgrade Project.
