PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On February 8, 2022, the Board of Supervisors adopted resolution 22-031 which approved filing of an application for a Per Capita Grant with the State Department of Parks and Recreation for the installation of permanent restrooms at Mill Creek Park.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On July 31, 2023, the General Services Agency Director approved agreement GS-5767 with Sally Swanson Architecture and Planning, Incorporated (SSA) for architectural services for the development of project plans and specifications to install permanent vault restrooms at Mill Creek Park in the amount of $40,000. A previous amendment to provide surveying services for the project increased the contract amount to $49,775. Subsequent evaluation of the proposed design required relocation of one of the restroom sites and additional services by SSA in the amount of $4,000.
