Approval of retroactive fourth amendment to BOS Agreement No. 21-180 (fifth amendment to Agreement No. PA-21-33) with Granicus, LLC., in the amount of $37,525.50, for a new total of $190,687.50, for live closed captioning services during Board of Supervisors meetings, effective August 5, 2020 through a new end date of August 5, 2026 (original end date: August 5, 2025); authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
