Adopt Resolution superseding Resolution No. 15-118, amending the Mendocino County Library Advisory Board and providing for its membership, organization, and duties; approve updated Mendocino County Library Advisory Board Bylaws; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
Resolution 15-118 was approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 7, 2015, and the Bylaws were previously approved on November 1, 2016.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Library Advisory Board has updated their Bylaws to clarify and summarize membership, organization, and duties as well as to incorporate Measure O requirements. Resolution 15-118 is updated as well, and the new Resolution is attached. The Bylaws and Resolution changes have been reviewed and approved by the Library Advisory Board on May 15, 2024, and approved by County Counsel.
