Approve amendment to Agreement No. BOS-23-126 with Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $395,000, for a new Agreement total of not to exceed $11,574,365, to provide Specialty Mental Health Services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Redwood Community Services, Inc. (RCS) provides Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) programs to Mendocino County youth (0-18), transitional age youth (19-24) and adult (25+) residents in Ukiah, Willits, and Fort Bragg within the schools, community, and office. On July 11, 2023, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors approved Agreement No. BOS-23-126 through which RCS provides Assessment, Plan Development, Collateral, Therapy, Rehabilitation, Targeted Case Management, Intensive Care Coordination, Intensive Home-Based Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, and Therapeutic Foster Care.
