SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Human Resources Department is requesting approval to continue utilizing TMA Performance, LLC
(formerly known as DecisionWise, LLC) to provide employee engagement survey services for the County
of Mendocino. TMA Performance, LLC has partnered with the County since 2022 to administer
comprehensive employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to support
organizational effectiveness and workforce development.
Through this partnership, the County has been able to gather valuable feedback from employees, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and implement strategies aimed at enhancing workplace culture, communication, and employee satisfaction. TMA's services include survey design, administration, confidential data collection, analysis, benchmarking, and reporting, which have contributed to informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts across departments.
